For protection and help from Allah - 15
قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ الْفَلَقِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ وَمِنْ شَرِّ غَاسِقٍ إِذَا وَقَبَ وَمِنْ شَرِّ النَّفَّاثَاتِ فِي الْعُقَدِ وَمِنْ شَرِّ حَاسِدٍ إِذَا حَسَدَ
Bismillaahir-Rahmaanir-Raheem. Qul 'a'oothu birabbil-falaq. Min sharri maa khalaq. Wa min sharri ghaasiqin 'ithaa waqab. Wa min sharrin-naffaathaati fil-'uqad. Wa min sharri haasidin 'ithaa hasad
I seek refuge with (Allah) the Lord of the daybreak, from the evil of what He has created, and from the evil of the darkening (night) as it comes with its darkness, and from the evil of those who practice witchcraft when they blow in the knots, and from the evil of the envier when he envies.
Surah Al-Falaq 113:1-5
For protection and help from Allah - 16
قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ النَّاسِ مَلِكِ النَّاسِ إِلَهِ النَّاسِ مِنْ شَرِّ الْوَسْوَاسِ الْخَنَّاسِ الَّذِي يُوَسْوِسُ فِي صُدُورِ النَّاسِ مِنَ الْجِنَّةِ وَالنَّاسِ
Bismillaahir-Rahmaanir-Raheem . Qul 'a'oothu birabbin-naas . Malikin-naas . 'Ilaahin-naas . Min sharril-waswaasil-khannaas. Allathee yuwaswisu fee sudoorin-naas. Minal-jinnati wannaas
I seek refuge with (Allah) the Lord of mankind, the King of mankind , the God of mankind , from the evil of the whisperer who withdraws, who whispers in the breasts of mankind, of jinns and men.
Surah An-Nas 114:1-6
For protection from ignorance - 1
أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ أَنْ أَكُونَ مِنَ الْجَاهِلِينَ
Aoothu billahi an akoona minal jahileen
I seek refuge in Allah from being among the ignorant.Surah Al-Baqarah - 2:67
For protection from oppressors - 1
رَبَّنَا أَخْرِجْنَا مِنْ هَٰذِهِ الْقَرْيَةِ الظَّالِمِ أَهْلُهَا وَاجْعَلْ لَنَا مِنْ لَدُنْكَ وَلِيًّا وَاجْعَلْ لَنَا مِنْ لَدُنْكَ نَصِيرًا
rabbana akhrijna min hathihialqaryati aththalimi ahluhawajAAal lana min ladunka waliyyan wajAAallana min ladunka naseera
Our Lord! Rescue us from this town whose people are oppressors; and raise for us from You one who will protect, and raise for us from You one who will help.Surah An-Nisa - 4:75
For protection from oppressors - 2
اللّهُـمَّ أَنْتَ عَضُـدي، وَأَنْتَ نَصـيري، بِكَ أَجـولُ وَبِكَ أَصـولُ وَبِكَ أُقـاتِل
Allaahumma 'Anta 'adhudee, wa 'Anta naseeree, bika 'ajoolu, wa bika 'asoolu, wa bika 'uqaatilu
O Allah, You are my strength and You are my support. For Your sake I go forth and for Your sake I advance and for Your sake I fight.Abu Dawud: 2632
For protection from Satan/Shaytan - 1
وَقُلْ رَّبِّ اَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ هَمَزٰتِ الشَّيٰطِيْنِ. وَاَعُوْذُ بِكَ رَبِّ اَنْ يَّحْضُرُوْنِ
Rabbi ‘a`outhubika min hamazaatish-shayaateeni, wa ‘a`outhu bika rabbi ‘ay-yahdhuroon
My Lord! I seek refuge with You from the whisperings (suggestions) of the Shayatin (devils). And I seek refuge with You, My Lord! lest they may attend (or come near) me.
Surah Al-Mu'minoon - 23:97-98
For protection from Satan/Shaytan - 2
أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ مِنَ الشَّيْطانِ الرَّجِيْمِ
A'oothu billaahi minash-Shaytaanir-rajeem
I seek refuge with Allah against the Satan, the outcast.Abu Dawud: 4781 Al-Bukhari: 6115
For protection from Satan/Shaytan - 3
أَعُوذُ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللهِ التَّامَّاتِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ
A'oothu bikalimaatil-laahit-taammaati min sharri maa khalaqa
I seek refuge in the Perfect Words of Allah from the evil of what He has created.Abu Dawud: 3899
For protection from the wrongdoers - 1
عَلَى اللَّهِ تَوَكَّلْنَا رَبَّنَا لَا تَجْعَلْنَا فِتْنَةً لِلْقَوْمِ الظَّالِمِينَ وَنَجِّنَا بِرَحْمَتِكَ مِنَ الْقَوْمِ الْكَافِرِينَ
Alal Allahi thawakkalna rabbana la taj'alna fitnatal lil-qawmidh-Dhalimeen. Wa najjina bi-Rahmatika minal qawmil kafireen.
Upon Allah do we rely. Our Lord, make us not [objects of] trial for the wrongdoing people. And save us by Your mercy from the disbelieving people.Surah Yunus - 10:85-86
For protection from the wrongdoers - 2
رَبَّنَا إِنَّكَ تَعْلَمُ مَا نُخْفِي وَمَا نُعْلِنُ وَمَا يَخْفَى عَلَى اللّهِ مِن شَيْءٍ فَي الأَرْضِ وَلاَ فِي السَّمَاء
Rabbana innaka ta'lamu ma nukhfi wa ma nu'lin wa ma yakhfa 'alal-lahi min shay'in fil-ardi wa la fis-Sama'
O our Lord! Truly Thou dost know what we conceal and what we reveal: for nothing whatever is hidden from Allah, whether on earth or in heavenSurah Ibraheem - 38
For protection from the wrongdoers - 3
رَبَّنَا إِنَّنَا نَخَافُ أَن يَفْرُطَ عَلَيْنَا أَوْ أَن يَطْغَى
Rabbana innana nakhafu any-yafruta 'alayna aw any-yatgha
Our Lord! We fear lest he hasten with insolence against us, or lest he transgress all bounds.
Surah Taha - 45
For protection from the wrongdoers - 4
عَلَى اللَّهِ تَوَكَّلْنَا رَبَّنَا لَا تَجْعَلْنَا فِتْنَةً لِلْقَوْمِ الظَّالِمِينَ وَنَجِّنَا بِرَحْمَتِكَ مِنَ الْقَوْمِ الْكَافِرِينَ
Alal Allahi thawakkalna rabbana la taj'alna fitnatal lil-qawmidh-Dhalimeen. Wa najjina bi-Rahmatika minal qawmil kafireen.

For rain - 1
اللّهُمَّ اَسْقِـنا غَيْـثاً مُغيـثاً مَريئاً مُريـعاً، نافِعـاً غَيْـرَ ضَّارٌ، عاجِـلاً غَـيْرَ آجِلٍ
Allaahumma 'asqinaa ghaythan mugheethan maree'an maree'an, naafi'an ghayradhaarrin, 'aajilan ghayra 'aajilin.
O Allah, shower upon us abundant rain, beneficial not harmful, swiftly and not delayed.
Abu Dawud 1:303
For reciting at Al-Mash'ar Al-Haraam - 1
أَللّهُ أَكْبَرُ أَللّهُ أَحَدٌ لاَإِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللهُ
Allaahu 'Akbar Allaahu 'Ahad Laa 'ilaaha 'illallaah
Allah is the Most Great. Allah is One. There is none worthy of worship but Allah.Muslim 2:891
For repentance - 1
أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللهَ الَّذِي لاَ إِلَهَ إلاَّ هُوَ الحَيُّ القَيّوُمُ وأَتُوبُ إِلَيهِ
Astaghfirullaah alladhee laa ilaaha illaa huwal hayyul qayyoomu wa atoobu ilayhi
I seek the forgiveness of Allah the Mighty, Whom there is none worthy of worship except Him, the Living, the Eternal, and I repent to Him, Allah will forgive him even if he has deserted the army's ranks.
Abu Dawud: 1517
For repentance - 2
ذَٰلِكُمُ اللَّهُ رَبِّي عَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ وَإِلَيْهِ أُنِيبُ
Dhalikumu Allahu rabbee alayhi tawakkaltu wa-ilayhi uneeb
(And say O Muhammad SAW to these polytheists:) Such is Allah, my Lord in Whom I put my trust, and to Him I turn in all of my affairs and in repentance.Surah Ash-Shuraa - 42:10
For righteous company - 1
فَاطِرَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ أَنْتَ وَلِيِّي فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ ۖ تَوَفَّنِي مُسْلِمًا وَأَلْحِقْنِي بِالصَّالِحِينَ
fatira assamawatiwal-ardi anta waliyyee fee addunyawal-akhirati tawaffanee musliman waalhiqneebissaliheen
Creator of the heavens and earth, You are my protector in this world and in the Hereafter. Cause me to die a Muslim and join me with the righteous.Surah Yusuf - 12:101
For righteous company - 2
رَبَّنَا آمَنَّا فَاكْتُبْنَا مَعَ الشَّاهِدِينَ
Rabbana aamana faktubna ma' ash-shahideen
Our Lord! We believe; write us down among the witnesses.Surah Al-Ma'ida - 5:83
For righteous company - 3
رَبَّنَا آمَنَّا فَاكْتُبْنَا مَعَ الشَّاهِدِينَ
Rabbana aamana faktubna ma' ash-shahideen
Our Lord! We believe; write us down among the witnesses.Surah Al-Ma'ida - 5:83
For righteous company - 4
فَاطِرَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ أَنْتَ وَلِيِّي فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ ۖ تَوَفَّنِي مُسْلِمًا وَأَلْحِقْنِي بِالصَّالِحِينَ
fatira assamawatiwal-ardi anta waliyyee fee addunyawal-akhirati tawaffanee musliman waalhiqneebissaliheen
Creator of the heavens and earth, You are my protector in this world and in the Hereafter. Cause me to die a Muslim and join me with the righteous.Surah Yusuf - 12:101
For Rizq (sustenance) - 1
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ عِلْماً نَافِعاً، وَرِزْقاً طَيِّباً، وَعَمَلاً مُتَقَبَّلاً
Allaahumma 'innee 'as'aluka 'ilman naafi'an, wa rizqan tayyiban, wa 'amalan mutaqabbalan
O Allah, I ask You for knowledge that is of benefit , a good provision , and deeds that will be accepted.
Ibn Majah: 925
For Rizq (sustenance) - 2
اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي، وَارْحَمْنِي، وَاهْدِنِي، وَاجْبُرْنِي، وَعَافِنِي، وَارْزُقْنِي، وَارْفَعْنِي
Allaahum-maghfir lee, warhamnee, wahdinee, wajburnee, wa 'aafinee, warzuqnee, warfa'nee
O Allah forgive me, have mercy on me, guide me, support me, protect me, provide for me and elevate me.Ibn Majah: 3845, 1517 At-Tirmidhi: 284
For Rizq (sustenance) - 3
اللَّهُمَّ إَنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ فَضْلِكَ
Allaahumma 'innee 'as'aluka min fadhlika
O Allah, I ask for Your favor.Abu Dawud: 465
For Rizq (sustenance) - 4
اللَّهُ لَطِيفٌ بِعِبَادِهِ يَرْزُقُ مَن يَشَاءُ ۖ وَهُوَ الْقَوِيُّ الْعَزِيزُ
Allahu lateefun biAAibadihiyarzuqu man yashao wahuwa alqawiyyu alAAazeez
Allah is very Gracious and Kind to His slaves. He gives provisions to whom He wills. And He is the All-Strong, the All-Mighty.Surah Ash-Shuraa - 42:19
For Rizq (sustenance) - 5
رَبَّنَا أَنزِلْ عَلَيْنَا مَآئِدَةً مِّنَ السَّمَاء تَكُونُ لَنَا عِيداً لِّأَوَّلِنَا وَآخِرِنَا وَآيَةً مِّنكَ وَارْزُقْنَا وَأَنتَ خَيْرُ الرَّازِقِينَ
Rabbana anzil 'alayna ma'idatam minas-Samai tuknu lana 'idal li-awwa-lina wa aakhirna wa ayatam-minka war-zuqna wa anta Khayrul-Raziqeen
O Allah our Lord! Send us from heaven a table set (with viands), that there may be for us - for the first and the last of us - a solemn festival and a sign from thee; and provide for our sustenance, for thou art the best Sustainer (of our needs).Surah Al-Ma'ida - 5:114
For Rizq (sustenance) - 6
رَبَّنَا أَنزِلْ عَلَيْنَا مَآئِدَةً مِّنَ السَّمَاء تَكُونُ لَنَا عِيداً لِّأَوَّلِنَا وَآخِرِنَا وَآيَةً مِّنكَ وَارْزُقْنَا وَأَنتَ خَيْرُ الرَّازِقِينَ

For seeking Allah's help - 1

For seeking Allah's help - 2
إِنَّمَا أَشْكُو بَثِّي وَحُزْنِي إِلَى اللَّهِ وَأَعْلَمُ مِنَ اللَّهِ مَا لَا تَعْلَمُونَ
Innama ashkoo baththee wahuzneeila Allahi waaAAlamu mina Allahi ma lataAAlamoon
I only complain of my suffering and my grief to Allah, and I know from Allah that which you do not know.Surah Yusuf - 12:86
For seeking Allah's help - 3
حَسْبُـنا اللهُ وَنِعْـمَ الوَكـيل
Hasbunallaahu wa ni'amal-wakeel
Allah is sufficient for us and the best of those on whom to depend.Surah Al-Imran 3:173
For seeking Allah's help - 4
إِنَّمَا أَشْكُو بَثِّي وَحُزْنِي إِلَى اللَّهِ وَأَعْلَمُ مِنَ اللَّهِ مَا لَا تَعْلَمُونَ
Innama ashkoo baththee wahuzneeila Allahi waaAAlamu mina Allahi ma lataAAlamoon
I only complain of my suffering and my grief to Allah, and I know from Allah that which you do not know.Surah Yusuf - 12:86
For someone who lends you money - 1
بارَكَ اللهُ لَكَ في أَهْلِكَ وَمالِك، إِنَّما جَـزاءُ السَّلَفِ الْحَمْدُ والأَدَاء
Baarakallaahu laka fee 'ahlika wa maalika, 'innamaa jazaa'us-salafil-hamdu wal'adaa'
May Allah bless you in your family and your wealth, surely the reward for a loan is praise and returning (what was borrowed).Ibn Majah: 2424
For someone who offers you a meal - 1
اللّهُـمَّ أَطْعِمْ مَن أَطْعَمَني، وَاسْقِ مَن سَقَانِي
Allaahumma 'at'im man 'at'amanee wasqi man saqaanee
O Allah, feed the one who has fed me and drink to the one who has given me drink.Muslim 3:126
For someone who provides you with Iftar - 1
أَفْطَـرَ عِنْدَكُم الصّـائِمونَ وَأَكَلَ طَعامَـكُمُ الأبْـرار، وَصَلَّـتْ عَلَـيْكُمُ الملائِكَـة
Aftara 'indakumus-saa'imoona, wa 'akala ta'aamakumul-'abraaru , wa sallat 'alaykumul-malaa'ikatu
With you, those who are fasting have broken their fast, you have fed those who are righteous, and the angels recite their prayers upon you.Abu Dawud: 3854
For someone who provides you with Iftar - 2
أَفْطَـرَ عِنْدَكُم الصّـائِمونَ وَأَكَلَ طَعامَـكُمُ الأبْـرار، وَصَلَّـتْ عَلَـيْكُمُ الملائِكَـة
Aftara 'indakumus-saa'imoona, wa 'akala ta'aamakumul-'abraaru , wa sallat 'alaykumul-malaa'ikatu
With you, those who are fasting have broken their fast, you have fed those who are righteous, and the angels recite their prayers upon you.Abu Dawud: 3854
For success - 1
وَمَا تَوْفِيقِي إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ ۚ عَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ وَإِلَيْهِ أُنِيبُ
Wama tawfeeqee illa billahiAAalayhi tawakkaltu wa-ilayhi oneeb
My success is not but through Allah. Upon him I have relied, and to Him I return.Surah Hud - 11:88
For success - 2
وَمَا تَوْفِيقِي إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ ۚ عَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ وَإِلَيْهِ أُنِيبُ
Wama tawfeeqee illa billahiAAalayhi tawakkaltu wa-ilayhi oneeb
My success is not but through Allah. Upon him I have relied, and to Him I return.Surah Hud - 11:88
For success - 3

For thanking Allah (SWT) - 1
لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ، لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدَ، وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ. سُبْحَانَ اللهِ، وَالْحَمْدُ للهِ، ولَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ، وَاللهُ أَكْبَرُ، وَلَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللهِ العَلِيِّ الْعَظيِمِ، ربِّ اغْفِرلِي
Laa 'illaha 'illallahu wahdahu la shareeka lahu, lahul-mulku wa lahul-hamdu, wa Huwa 'alaa kulli shay'in Qadeer Subhaanallahi, walhamdu lillaahi, wa laa 'ilaha 'illallahu, wallaahu 'akbar, wa laa hawla wa laa Quwwata 'illaa billaahil-'Aliyyil-'Adheem, Rabbighfir lee
There is none worth of worship but Allah alone, Who has no partner, His is the dominion and to Him belongs all praise, and He is able to do all things. Glory is to Allah. Praise is to Allah. There is none worth of worship but Allah. Allah is the Most Great. There is no might and no power except by Allah's leave, the Exalted, the Mighty. My Lord, forgive me.Ibn Majah: 3878
For thanking Allah (SWT) - 2
سُبْحَانَ رَبِّيَ الْعَظِيمِ
Subhaana Rabbiyal-'Adheem
Glory to my Lord the Exalted.At-Tirmidhi 1:83
For thanking Allah (SWT) - 3
سُبْحَانَكَ اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّنَا وَبِحَمْدِكَ اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي
Subhaanaka Allaahumma Rabbanaa wa bihamdika Allaahum-maghfir lee
Glory is to You , O Allah , our Lord , and praise is Yours . O Allah , forgive me.
Al-Bukhari: 794, 817, 4293 An-Nasa'i: 1048
For thanking Allah (SWT) - 4
سُبُّوحٌ، قُدُوسٌ، رَبُّ الْمَلَائِكَةِ وَالرُّوحِ
Subboohun, Quddoosun, Rabbul-malaa'ikati warrooh
Glory (to You) , Most Holy (are You) , Lord of the angels and the Spirit.
Abu Dawud: 872, An-Nasa'i: 1049
For thanking Allah (SWT) - 5
سُبْحَانَ ذِي الْجَبَرُوتِ، وَالْمَلَكُوتِ، وَالْكِبْرِيَاءِ، وَالْعَظَمَةِ
Subhaana thil-jabarooti, walmalakooti, walkibriyaa'i, wal'adhamati
Glory is to You, Master of power, of dominion, of majesty and greatness.An-Nasa'i: 1133
For thanking Allah (SWT) - 6
سُبْحَانَ رَبِّيَ الأَعْلَى
Subhaana Rabbiyal-A 'laa
Glory is to my Lord, the Most High.At-Tirmidhi 1:83
For thanking Allah (SWT) - 7
لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَحَدْهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ، لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ يُحْيِي وَيُمِيتُ، وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
Laa 'ilaaha 'illallaahu wahdahu laa shareeka lahu, lahul-mulku wa lahul-hamdu yuhyee wa yumeetu wa Huwa 'alaa kulli shay'in Qadeer
None has the right to be worshipped but Allah alone, Who has no partner. His is the dominion and His is the praise. He brings life and He causes death, and He is Able to do all things.

For thanking Allah (SWT) - 8
لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ، لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ، لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللهِ، لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ، وَلَا نَعْبُدُ إِلَّا إِيَّاهُ، لَه النِّعْمَةُ وَلَهُ الْفَضْلُ وَلَهُ الثَّنَاءُ الْحَسَنُ، لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ مُخْلِصِينَ لَهُ الدِّينَ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْكَافِرُونَ
Laa 'ilaaha 'illallaahu wahdahu laa shareeka lahu, lahul-mulku, wa lahul-hamdu wa Huwa 'alaa kulli shay 'in Qadeer. Laa hawla wa laa quwwata 'illaa billaahi, laa 'ilaaha 'illallaahu, wa laa na'budu 'illaa 'iyyaahu, lahun-ni'matu wa lahul-fadhlu wa lahuth-thanaa'ul-hasanu, laa 'ilaaha 'illallaahu mukhliseena lahud-deena wa law karihal-kaafiroon
None has the right to be worshipped but Allah alone, He has no partner, His is the dominion and His is the praise and He is Able to do all things. There is no power and no might except by Allah . None has the right to be worshipped but Allah, and we do not worship any other besides Him . His is grace , and His is bounty and to Him belongs the most excellent praise. None has the right to be worshipped but Allah . (We are) sincere in making our religious devotion to Him, even though the disbelievers may dislike it.An-Nasa'i: 1340
For thanking Allah (SWT) - 9
سُبْحَانَ اللهِ وَبِحَمْدِهِ عَدَدَ خَلْقِهِ، وَرِضَا نَفْسِهِ، وَزِنَةَ عَرْشِهِ وَمِدَادَ كَلِمَاتِهِ
Subhaanallaahi wa bihamdihi 'Adada khalqihi, wa ridhaa nafsihi, wa zinata 'arshihi wa midaada kalimaatihi
