THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN NAJIS AND HADAS

SUMMARY OF THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN NAJIS AND HADAS

Najis and hadas are two reasons why a person performs taharah (purification). but both   have differences both in terms of meaning, level (division) and how to purify it. Now we will explain all the summary of the differences which are easy to understand.

TERMS OF UNDERSTANDING

·        Najis, according to the language means dirt. According to the term everything that is not holy, examples of najis are carrion, blood, dirt, and pus.

·        Hadas, according to language, is an event. According to the term, a condition of someone who is not holy, which requires him to purify himself by performing ablution or taking a janabah bath. respectively. do you understand the difference? if not, we will explain the difference from another point of view. Open your eyes, and focus your mind on this article to make it easier to understand.

LEVELS (DIVISION)

1.Faeces according to their grouping   are divided into 3 parts, namely:

- Mukhafafah faeces (light) These faeces are also called light faeces. It is called light because the way to clean this stool is said to be light. An example of this stool is the urine of a boy who is under 2 years old and has not eaten anything other than breast milk.

- Najis Mutawasitoh (moderate) An example of this najis is the dirt that comes out of the anus and anus of humans and animals. The way to get rid of this najis is by running water on the place / thing that is affected by this najis until it loses its taste, smell, appearance and color.

- Mughaladoh feces (heavy)This excrement is the heaviest excrement because the method of purification is very complicated. By washing it with water 7 times, one of which is with soil. This excrement comes from dogs and pigs.

2.Hadas is divided into 2:

- Small Hadas is where a person's condition is in an impure state and causes it to be obligatory for him to perform ablution. Examples of this small hadas are farting, holding the genitals (anus / anus). For people with small hadas, they cannot perform prayer, circumambulation and touching the Qur'an.

- Hadas big is the condition of a person in a state of impurity that causes him to perform the Janabah bath. If he does not perform the Janabh bath, then he is forbidden to perform the Tawaf prayer, enter the mosque, and touch the Qur'an.

It is clear to see the differences in terms of levels (parts). Hopefully you can understand this explanation carefully and precisely. To strengthen the difference, we will explain how to remove najis and hadas briefly and concisely so that it is immediately easy to learn.

HOW TO PURIFY IT

As for the way to purify it, it has been stated in the previous subtitle. But the fear has not been immediately understood, so we will re-explain the description.

The way to purify najis looks at the level of najis itself. For example,:

·        From mukhafafah najis, it is enough to purify it by splashing a splash of water on something that the najis falls on.

·        Najis mutawasithah, the procedure for purifying it must drain water in places that are affected by uncleanness until it is pure, meaning that all odors, colors, tastes, and forms must be removed with the water.

·        As for the last excrement, it is mughaladoh excrement. The excrement of dogs and pigs must be cleaned with 7 times of washing with water, one of which must be with soil. For washing with soil, it can be done at any time. It can be at the beginning, middle or even the end of washing.

Maybe that's how to purify impurities according to the levels. Next is how to purify hadas:

For people with small hadas, if they want to remove their hadas and return to purity, then by performing ablution (if unable to perform ablution, it can be replaced with tayammum). Meanwhile, for those with large hadas, they must perform a Janabah bath so that they can return to their former state of purity.

For now we already know widely about the difference between najis and hadas according to the meaning, part and how to purify it.
