 Communication 

 Communication Science is a branch of science that studies how we convey messages or news in an efficient and effective form, which aims to get the final result we want. Communication Science is also related to various uses of technology and new discoveries along with the advancement of today's developments. For example, the development of internet sites, the influence of social media, entertainment trends that are currently popular, viral and various other factors. You will learn various aspects of communication, both in terms of explanation in the form of theory and practice. The program in this study will also study the psychology of message recipients as well as some related matters in the regulations and policies of broadcasting content through various social media. Not to forget public speaking is one of the basic skills that must be learned by you. Public Speaking is the ability to efficiently convey a message efficiently properly and correctly so that listeners can understand a word spoken. Public speaking is also not just a science of speaking, but also learning about the state of body gestures.

Types of communication in terms of delivery

The types of communication based on aspects in its delivery are divided into two parts, namely:

Oral Communication

Oral communication is a communication that occurs directly and there is no distance limit in it. Examples of oral communication are meetings, interviews, or conversations between two people chatting with each other.

Oral communication can also occur indirectly because of the distance separated as when talking in a telephone line.

Written Communication

This written communication has been very famous in ancient times until today. This oral communication is also usually carried out using the form of short messages, such as through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and various other social media.

Types of communication in terms of its purpose

The next type of communication is based on the purpose.

Communication must have a specific purpose, because if there is no purpose, communication will not be meaningful, among the various types of communication:

·        Speeches and lectures

·        Providing suggestions and arguments

·        Ruling over something to do

·        Giving religious lectures

·        In various interviews

From this example of communication, we can know that the form of initiative of a communicator is a very important factor in the occurrence of a communication between other people.

Types of communication in terms of scope

Based on in terms of its scope, communication can be distinguished into:

Internal Communication

Internal communication is a communication that occurs within the scope or environment of a certain organization or company, this communication can occur between individuals in terms of that scope. In its kind of internal communication it is usually divided into three types:

·        Vertical communication

This communication usually occurs in a form of superiors to subordinates, such as orders from a boss in the form of reprimands, warnings, and others.

·        Horizontal communication

This communication usually occurs within an organizational sphere or in the form of a volunteer office that all have equal ranks.

·        Diagonal communication

This communication usually occurs within the scope of an organization or office.

External Communications

External (external) communication is a form of communication that is established between an organization or organization and society in various forms. Examples of external communication are exhibitions, publications, press conferences, television broadcasts, radio, and social services.
