Sharia economy is also known as Islamic economics. The definition of economy itself is all activities in the form of production, distribution, and consumption activities for goods or services.

Sharia economics is a science that provides an understanding of economic issues whose core discussion is in Islamic values.

However, according to experts, the definition of sharia economy is as follows:

1. M.A. Mannan ( a Bangladeshi politician and the Minister of Planning of Bangladesh)

Sharia Economics according to M.A Mannan is a social science that studies people's economic problems inspired by Islamic values.

2. Muhammad Abdullah Al-Arabi (1980)
